Before Legendary, founder Anthony Greco spent years in construction, watching decisions get made for the client instead of with them. Builders who pushed their own taste, avoided customers when things got hard, and treated the crew like expendable labor instead of people worth investing in. Anthony knew there was a better way to build.

So he built Legendary Construction on one rule: it's the customer's house, not ours. Our job is to guide, not dictate, and to make sure homeowners walk away from a renovation saying it was worth every bit of the mess and every dollar spent.
